The Island Corridor Foundation has reached an agreement with the Canadian Pacific Railway to aquire their E&N assets. No date has been set yet for transfer but the ICF hopes to have CP's assets by the end of the month. They hope to reach a deal with RailAmerica in April. The deal with CP will see that Victoria Sub from mile 0.0 to 70.0 and 95.3 to the end of steel in Couretnay, the Wellcox yard and shops, and the Victoria yard and shops turned over to the Island Corridor Foundation.
