Was paid a visit by a visiting Amtrak consist yesterday. WOW!

Performed flawlessly in both push/pull mode for 90 minutes on my layout
which has it's fair share of track ir-regularities(22" radius)

No de-rails, no un-coupling, very good free rolling ability.

IMO, far superior to my Walthers' Budd and the $12.00 spread in prices
in worth the difference.

Life does get better but it took three years later to get here.

The headlights and marker lights in the cab cars work?

  by Chuck Walsh

Absolutely and it gets better. The add on detail parts are almost precison quality fit. No pin vise/bits. Just a magnifying glass & tweezers. Recommend
working out of a deep box when installing just to catch any flying parts that escapes your tweezers.
Kato also up-graded the interior light versus their Business car.
