Can someone explain to me the current status of rail
owenership and operation of the Rail Property
currently located in Union County, PA from roughly
1985 to present times? From what I can determine, The
entire property is currently allowed to be operated by
the Robey Railroad, the Union County Industrial
Railroad. I can't tell who owns it, or parts of it.
I can tell that SEDA COG JRA doesn't own any of it
currently, but has proposed rehabbing a slated
property names the White Deer Industrial railroad to
serve industries in Allenwood, PA but that is still
currently in the works due to a missing or damaged
bridge.

Other names that I have found circulating regarding
these lines are, William Sanders of the Lewisburg &
Buffalo Creek Railroad and Noah Brubaker & Robert
Yannaccone of West Shore Railroad. I know at one
point, West shore used to run excursion to
Mifflinburg, PA but this has ended. When? Also, it
seems that maybe they still own equipment. What is
the LBC RR? IS it just a paper entity at this point or
does it have any property, either rail or rolling
stock. From what I can tell, it may have also been a
past operator of a portion of this set of lines.

Any help appreciated, as the recent history and
ownership is very confusing.

Thanks,
Brooks
