Already we have been whooed for the idea. Can High speed rail work here? I don't think so because we would need to get rid of all grade crossings in favor of over passes and there are areas near here that overpasses won't be any good and the grade crossings work best in those areas. High speed rail might be great for Europe and other countries but there aren't enough passengers to make this proposal to work.
