HERSHEY, Pa. -- Federal investigators said human error caused a train derailment in Hershey in July.
Investigators said the crew in Allentown, where the train originated, improperly used the train's airbrakes, which later caused several cars to jump the tracks near Hershey Park.
One of the derailed cars was carrying chlorine, which forced the evacuation of nearby homes.
