can anyone till me if the tiny arkansas shortline helena & northwestern railway is still in operation? and if so what locomotive do they use and do they have any freight cars?

Abandonment of the Helena & Northwestern Railway was approved in November 1951. So no they haven't been running anything lately.

The line, while it was closed as a commercial operation, operated into the early 1990s as a private rail operation.
