The count is from the end of track in Concord (which is roughly at NSU0.5). NSU9 is just south of Perrini Siding. NSU1 is just north of the connection with NEGS, and NSU46 is just north of the North Wye switch at North Chelmsford.

The scrap place (Schnitzer/Radius Recycling) next door (south) was getting cars not long ago, not sure if that is still the case.
