While visiting the Finger Lakes, I've been by the now-boarded up ex-Erie station in Elmira several times. Does anyone know anything about the condition of the interior of the building? Or if the current owners (some neighboring business, I think) have any plans for it? Finally, can anyone point me to any photographs of the interior while the station was in operation?

Thank you.

The station is owned by the Hillard Corporation. As far as I know they use it for storage. You might try the Chemung County Historical Society for interior shots- The concrete platforms were recently demolished after one fell on to the street. Hope this helps.
