EL "ROW" site request.

Hey gang,

A couple weeks back I stumbled across a web site that this guy had photographed and documented the EL Main "ROW" between Pymatuning/Meadville and Corry. The site had a light-blue backround and showed the abandoned "Fly Over" between the Eastward Main going over the Westward Main between(I think)Cambridge Springs and Mill Village? Not sure.

The kicker is I can't FIND that page and I've Googled everything in the book from "EL ROW" to "EL Fly Over Cambridge Springs" and nothing.

So, has anyone seen this very in depth site and happen to have a Link to it, Please. I would really love to view it again.
I also believe this might have been shot before the WNY&P re-habbed the tracks for the NS Coal Trains.
