DLRR Derailment Suspected Sabotage

I had forgotten this had even occurred: a load of lumber lost in the area of Stroubsburg back in 2014. I think the term "sabotage" might be more accurately, and less sensationally, reported, and referred to by police, as "probable vandalism", but that's just my opinion.
