Just read on the nysw yahoo board that CSX has had pretty bad derailment up near syracuse,ny. Here is the link to the news story.

There is 1 confirmed eastbound detour via NYSW that should be around the Binghamton area as of now. There migiht be a second one and not to sure about any westbounds.
