CSX Trains On Hold At Erie?

I heard the CSX NH DS around 1400 hrs telling M/W employee Orkett working at Dunkirk that all eb's were on hold at Erie....was there a derailment or something that I didn't hear about?

yes their was a derailment in dunkirk. It is cleaned up. It might half been the FRA train.
