CSX freight car crashes into stopped MBTA commuter train

An unpowered CSX freight car, carrying lumber, rolled off the Stoughton branch onto the Amtrak Northeast Corridor at Canton Junction, Massachusetts, striking an MBTA passenger train going the other direction. The engineer stopped the commuter train but could do nothing to avoid the collision.
