Clarks Summit track question

When was the freight bypass track (shown on the right) removed from service?

Photos is from the Scranton book from Morning Sun.

Reference to Track 3 between Cayuga and Clarks Summit was removed from the timetable after Oct. 1961 and before Oct. 1964.
