is there anybody out there who can give a little more insight on this. I knew that commuter rail was on the plan, the possibility of construction starting soon?? It seems that North Carolina is taking the same stance on Rail as Virginia. Is it too early to speculate what equipment could be used? I heard that NC has been buying used GO transit engines like mad.
