Central Oregon Pacific Semaphore Question

Going to be heading up to to Southern Oregon on a fly fishing/railfanning trip this summer.

Does the Central Oregon Pacific still have any working semaphores left between Ashland and Grants Pass on the old SP line? How about Summit? Are folks allowed up in this area near tunnel 13?
