Carman for CSX--hiring procedures.

My husband applied for CSX job as a carman on line about 2 weeks ago. His application status has been changed from "applied" to "hold"

does anyone know what that means?? I have looked on the internet to try and get a # to human resources to check on his application, but have had no luck.

There are 3 positions available for this job in Jax. Anyone know how the process works?
