I received my Shoreliner (vol.32.issue 1 ) today and on page 17 in Brookfield ,it mentions about a Heavyweight coach being used as a caboose on a Westbound freight at S. S. 199 in Brookfield ,CT. on June 21st,1959 .
Why wasn't there enough NE-5's or NE-6's in 1959 to cover this and other freight's ?
