Box Car quiz

Is this a former Reading box car? The white stripe that looks like a collar stay makes me think so but the brown paint I'm not sure. It was on a CSX mixed manifest in Bound Brook a few weeks ago.

I'm not a Reading expert, but all of their box cars that I've seen had that 'collar' higher up on the car side, along the roofline. This almost looks like an old Atlanta & St Andrews Bay 'Bay Line' car; they had that 'collar' in that position but only applied to half the car. An interesting find, perhaps someone can shed more light for you....

The Internet wins again! Thanks for finding. What about this one with the blacked out diamond in the upper left. It was on the same train. Any ideas?

I think I answered my own question. Looks like it is ex-Progressive Rail.
