BNSF Galesburg Yard Mechanical/Car Dept Questions

Hey everyone. I'm wondering if there are any BNSF Galesburg mechanical employees on here. Just looking for a little information about Galesburg and the working conditions for the mechanical/car employees out there. I know its a big terminal and stays pretty busy. What are the working conditions like for the Carmen out there? How is the management? I'm basically looking for a little inside information before I make a decision to apply for a carknockers position out there. Any info about working out of Galesburg would be greatly appreciated.
