JUst wanted to know on what year the platform extensions along the BMT 4th Av line started construction & completed as well as to when new tile started to go up & completed.

Might be able to find out in a day or two....BTW, you are aware that the BMT 4th Avenue subway was originally supposed to be for the IRT, but the city later awarded the line to the BMT, so station lengths AND widths had to be redone for the larger cars of the Brooklyn system.

The platforms on the 4 Av Line were extended starting in 1970 and placed in service, I believe, in 1971 under two separate contracts. Contract C-192 did 45 St to 95 St and C-193 did Pacific St to 36 St.
