This is recorded audio of a runaway ore train on a sub in Canada. The engineer is still on board, and stays with her till the end. The train left the tracks on a curve just before the wye to the main.
"details" is a link to the official transcripts and other info including pics of the aftermath. The engineer walked away without a scratch.. One lucky hogger. This occurred in 1987 so I'm sure there are some who recall the incident.
