Active Lehigh Valley Railroad ROW

Ken W2KB, I have heard there is a trail in the Musconetcong Gorge that crosses the upper section of Pine Run, and then turns left and heads northeast down the mountain toward the Active Lehigh Valley Railroad ROW, and then the trail turns right and heads alongside the Active Lehigh Valley Railroad ROW and heads past the Staats/Milford Rd. intersection in Bloomsbury. Does this trail have blue diamond-shaped blazes painted on the trees?
