Can someone clarify the status of these three GE 25-tonners? Also, their pre-LIRR lineage....if any and when they came to the LIRR.
397 and 398 are still owned by LIRR and are in need of a few small parts to be running again.
398/399 were bought new in 1958
397 was second hand from lipa? or Naporano.
399 is operational and is owned by RMLI
