What is the deal with the ex-EL in the Warren area? From what I can gather YB operates some of this trackage including some shared with NS. Can someone explain where YB ownership starts and ends and what parts they share with NS? Does NS still own the Freedom Secondary between Warren and Ravenna or has this made it into some rail authory's hand's yet?
