Yard and Station in Gloucester

I was checking out Rockport and Gloucester with regard to the loop in Rockport and I noticed on the old topo (above) that there appeared to be railroad yard and station or freight terminal in Gloucester back in 1949. Does anyone know anything about what facilites there were in this area - is there anything left of the yard worth exploring?

I'll be in the area in a few weeks and would like to explore whatever remains of the yard.

I was up in Gloucester a couple months ago and drove past the location you're talking about (along Railroad Ave.). Not much but a T station is there now.
