Why New Siding on NYS&W Edgewater Branch

Was at the west end of Fairview Ave. in Fairview.

They are constructing a new siding coming down west bound from the Edgewater Branch .

The points are west of the bridge over the Northern RR Line.

Any info, on why?

Supposedly another construction debris loading facility is locating there.
