When do the FL9s operate on the North Harlem Line?

I got some timetables from http://railroad.net/forums/viewtopic.ph ... 314#117314. Does anybody know when the FL9s operate on the North Harlem Line? I went to a station that is across the street from the Bronx Botanical Garden between 9:30am to 9:50am and 3:30pm to 4:00pm on April 23rd.

The FL9 on shuttle only operates on Harlem from Brewster(southeast) Mp53 to Wassaic, MP 82.1.
If you were at Botanical Gardens you were about 44.5 miles to far south.
