Western Maryland Winter Photo Freight - December 18th
Nearly every year, Western Maryland Scenic accumulates some sort of snow by the beginning of December. We figured we’d take advantage of this and plan a early Winter photo freight. The trip will run from 11am-10pm. Runbys will include Helmstetters Curve, Sunnyside, in tunnel shots and many more. We will have a Western Maryland Hancock 3 chime, Western Maryland 5 chime and several other whistles. The freight consist will include 9-10 freight cars and 2 cabooses to transport the patrons. Nighttime hours will have both runbys and photography light setups. We also plan to have a whistle off at a echo chamber like location. Cab rides are also available for everyone.
