Western Maryland Scenic Railroad funding to be cut

Washington, DC news station WTOP is reporting that the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad's budget is to be halved in 2006 and cut completely in 2007. No elaboration as to why the cuts are being imposed but Maryland has been experiencing fiscal problems in recent years.
