Those were not DPU's.


The engineer suffered a crushed leg, and the conductor has 2 crushed legs, several broken ribs, and is also having heart problems.

distributed power units.......the engines located at the rear of a train, as in coal trains. UP runs very few 2x2's so I would say that those are leaders.

Looks like 6715 was leading and the cab is smashed in. Crushed legs sound pretty bad. Hope they pull through that.
