VRE & MARC holiday schedules 2020/21

Unlike past years, when VRE operated on the "S" schedule the Friday after Thanksgiving and on Christmas Eve, they will not be operating on those days this year.

No Service:
- Thursday, Nov 26
- Friday, Nov 27
- Thursday, Dec 24
- Friday, Dec 25

In normal times, I could see the "S" schedule those days... but these are not normal times.

Here's MARC service:

To accommodate customers leaving work early and traveling to stations north of Baltimore, on Wednesday, November 25 *only*, Train 424 (2:15pm departure from Union Station) will extend service north of Baltimore to Perryville. Approximate arrival times: Martin Airport (3:29pm), Edgewood (3:41pm), Aberdeen (3:51pm), and Perryville (4:02pm).
All other Penn Line service on Wednesday will operate on the enhanced R schedule.
There is no MARC Train service on Thursday, November 26 in observation of Thanksgiving.
On Friday, November 27, the Penn Line will operate on a Saturday schedule.
Regular weekend service will operate on Saturday and Sunday, November 28 and 29.
Weekday enhanced R schedule service will resume on Monday, November 30.
