Any metallurgists out there? Any chance CVHW stands for carbon vanadium hot wrought?

I went today and measure in a few places. It's 5 inches tall by 5 inches wide.

Too bad, it'd be nice to reuse this if possible. What is the shelf life of unused rails, anyway?
5x5 rail is 80# ASCE.

I believe the Fitchville spur went to Union Camp cardboard Box facory in Fitchville. I should see if I can get a friend to conform it for me. Nice Pictures!!
