I'm looking for some more information as to what happened with that train last night. My understanding is that somebody pushed the signal buzzer twice which instructed the Engineer to leave Fox Chase, and Ryers, but that person was not the conductor. Passengers were left at each station. The Engineer got to Cheltenham before he realized what was wrong.

863 was still listed of having delays of "up to 20 minutes" this morning on the top of the Trainview boards.

On trains with the party crowds that are drinking or drunk the crews have had to use radio communications due to the poor behavior of the passengers.
