If I recall correctly, the UP has a significant interest in Ferromex. Does that make this FNM-painted SD40, running between the MKT and MoPac heritage units, the "other" heritage unit?

Looks more like a TFM unit to me...

I think it was one of the units FNM/NdeM gave to FXE when it was privatized - I think the only TFM units in the two-tone blue were the units given to TFM when FNM/NdeM privatized.
