Scratch that request for pictures of old A&A locomotives; as luck would have it, I found a copy of the Ed Lewis book on Amazon.com. However, I'm appalled that I had to pay $35.00 for something I originally paid $1.00 for at the Kenmore Public Library! Crimony.
