CDOT 128 was in Brewster yard this morning with a mini with what looked like the entire consist backwards...engine on the south end facing south with cab car facing north.

CDOT 128 was sitting spare in brewster yard. The 110 was on the upper Harlem mini facing the right way (engine north) this morning around 7:00.

**As of this afternoon around 3:00 the 110 was gone and the 128 was back on the upper Harlem shuttle

Saw the 115 heading south at 125th street with a loaded flatcar...assuming it's on the ESA job today...the 115 was in brewster previously.

The 130 was on a test train last night with 3 coaches that came back from rebuild and had the agenda of putting some miles on them. Unfortunately broke down on the Upper Hudson and was rescued by the HTS crew.

Just saw the upper Harlem mini heading south at Mt. Kisco with the 110 tied onto the 128 on the north end...assuming it's Harmon-bound.

115 was on the ESA train today. Also the 401, 402 were in Harmon going thru horn testing. Supposedly they both failed because they were not loud enough..

With both the 401 and 402 having the same horns as the BL20GH units, it's hard to imagine they aren't loud enough
