That's my impression, too. Further, the trolley/rapid has a lot of space occupied under the terminal since the 80's rebuild. Given the only trains are LSL and Cap - 2x/day and not in top 25 by boardings - the current station is probably quite sufficient. The best program would probably be making sure it gets a coat of paint and new furnishings every ten years rather than moving stations. So many stations have old fixtures and dirty floors.
