I see there is a new(er) web site for the Starrucca House, the restaurant in the old Erie station in Susquehanna, Pa. I even see the ELHS is having a dinner there this October.

The last time I was there around January of 2008, the building was closed, and it looked like it was rarely opened. It was also for sale.

Anybody know in general what's happened with the station recently? Thanks!

I was tracking that listing for some time via the Scranton MLS. I noticed within the last month that the listing is no longer posted. Not sure if it sold or if it was removed by the seller. Asking price held at $380,000 for the duration.

I was in Susquehanna last week exercising my motorcycle for the season and stopped to see the old station. The only change I noticed, one of the damaged NJT cars was cut down to the floor. It appears these cars are being scrapped in place.
