is there an on-line version of RAR-82-06, the NTSB report on the Smithsonian crash?

Try http://www.ntis.gov/search/index.aspx
Search for PB82-916306 and be willing to pay $60 for a printed version to be mailed to you.

(I was kind of hoping they would have a download version for $15 ... I have found some reports going back to 1985 for that price.)

Hopefully someone will have a better answer. :)
