I saw on Oct. 5 the 38T left Buffalo with DL 4068. Looked to me like an RS-3. I assume they took it all the way to Bingo, no idea where it went from there. Thought you'd find this interesting.

This unit came from Canada,
going to to DL in Scranton.

Came into the US at Buffalo, traveled down the southern tier main to Binghamton, then south to Scranton.
