RIP B&O CPLs on the Philly Sub

Looks like the days of the remaining CPLs on the Philly Sub are numbered. They've erected a Vader to replace Collingdale which was the western most CPL remaining on the line. I'm pretty sure if they got Collingdale they've also gotten the interlocking at Darby as well since Collingdale eastbound serves as a distant for it.
