I was in Bloomington last month and saw that new CWR had been installed on the INRD (at least on the east side of town) along with many large no-trespassing signs at crossings (facing anyone who might turn off the crossing and walk along the track. Does anyone know if INRD is getting increased traffic or if this is just routine upgrade and safety precautions?
