I tried Biking to the Metro from Crystal City to Reagan and found that the bike trail is blocked off. I had to hop over barracades to get to the station. Who do I talk to get this fixed?

Yeah, I think that it's for the construction (if it where I'm thinking about). In any event, it's likely a Washington Metro Airport Authority issue, not a WMATA deal.
