I don't know who owns it, but passengers using the platform behind the building must walk around the building; the building is not part of SEPTA's North Broad station.
I believe it is now a facility for rehabbing drug abusers or something along those lines. I'm just happy that this fine specimen of Trumbauer architecture has been left mostly intact. I hope it stays that way at least.

Not suprising with those drug abusers at N. Broad. A lot of those neighborhoods within the Philly city limits on the ex-Reading are not that good.
