Wisconsin’s share is just short of $14 million, when you include the $25.7 million federal share the total is around $39 million.
Per recent new car orders from Siemens by California and other Midwest states, these cars cost around $2.7 million each. 137 cars for $371 million. So $39 million should buy around 18 of these Siemens coaches..

371/137 = 2.708
39/2.07 = 18.8
