Did MARC ever own an EMD F59PHI? AND YES you can talk about it if MARC ever owned one.

No. VRE had a few on loan from Sounder for a while, but MARC has never owned an F59PHI. MARC's only types of diseasels for the last twenty years or so--the GP39-H2s and GP40WH-2s--have been unique models to the agency

Also, in the future please shrink you images or provide a link to them rather than posting them directly in a topic. It's a "little" hard to appreciate a photo that's twice the size of my screen resolution.

MARC did own some E and F units up until the late 1990's, but never any F59PHI's.
