I think you guys are getting your railroads mixed up here...

IAIS is the Iowa Interstate.

The Iowa Northern (IANR) is another shortline that operates the Hawkeye Express. It operates from Cedar Rapids to Manly, Iowa with a subdivision that runs from Waterloo to Olwein.
