Whille leaving my house this morning to go to school, I heard one of the new MOW locomotives on the Staten Island Railway go by blowing its K5LA throught the station. After about a half hour, when I got to the College of Staten Island, I heard the Garbage train going through a crossing blowing what sounded like another K5LA. The sound of a well tuned horn just tends to make you feel good doesn't it? Im glad that Staten Island is finally starting to have so real railroad action on it again. It is nice to finally be near some active rail once again and to not only hear the crappy horns on the Bootlegged Subway cars.
