2280 and GMTX 2617 light engine through St. J at 11:35 today for WJNP. 209 didn't stay long...

The last time I saw a CP leader solo was probably around the time they sold the line; must have been an RS-11 and 3 or 4 cars. We were eating at the Hi-Boy in St. J, I must have been about six years old.

CP 2280/GMTX 2717 and 7 hoppers on today's WJNP into St. Johnsbury.

Today's Caledonian Record has a front page article about VRS and Barrett Trucking building a salt storage transload facility at the south end of the yard off Bay Street. Will be interesting how the trackage is set up for the project as it is noted two siding tracks will be built.

Apparently this is replacing the transload site in Ely.
